 Piles usually happen because of the improper digestive system and it gets affected and irregularities in the passage of stool. One of the common problem is Constipation and it is the major reasons for the occurrence of piles. Piles occurs in four stages (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Stage) and according to stage the treatment process need to follow.

Now a days the lifestyle of people has drastically changed and it plays a vital role in the treatment of piles. Do you know what we can make little change in our day to day lifestyle to prevent from Piles? Exercise has a power to get rid of them permanently. Following are the easy exercises for piles treatment:

 

  1. Kegel Exercise :

Kegel exercise is also known as pelvic exercise and its consists of repeatedly shrinking and relaxing the anal muscles. The basic Kegel Exercise can be done easily. You need to sit in relax position and focus on your anal muscles. Tighten your anal muscles and hold it for 10 seconds. Then relax the muscles for 10 seconds. Repeat the same few times in a day.

 

  1. Brisk Walking :

Brisk walking is walking either slow or quite speedy than normal walk. Brisk walking for 20 minutes to 30 minutes in a day can help to cure piles. This is one of the easiest method and it should do it regularly. Walking is the best exercise to keep the blood flowing throughout your body. By doing it regularly you will enjoy relief from piles.

 

  1. Aerobics :

It is a physical exercise can help you a lot to cure in piles. Aerobics helps to strengthen the body muscles including your anal muscles. While doing aerobics, the blood circulation happens normally all over the body including your lower body.

 

  1. Breathing Exercise :

Breathing exercise is mostly done to relieve from stress and stress is one of the major reason for faulty digestion. When the person is in stress, he doesn’t eat food properly and also the blood supply to all the body parts is hampered. When this happens for a longer period of time, it causes to piles and other diseases. Relief from stress important if you are suffering from piles.

 

  1. Overhead Stretching :

Standing straight up and raise your hands above your head and stretch them to the maximum possible. Lace your figure together and raise our hand to ceiling with your palm facing up. This exercise will give you a good stretching to all your body muscles including a lower body, thereby helping people suffering from piles.
